Hanan is a Board Certified and Registered Behaviour Analyst with over a decade of experience working with individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring developmental and psychiatric conditions. As Co-Founder and Clinical Director, Hanan is dedicated to delivering effective, evidence-based interventions that create lasting, positive change for those she serves. Hanan holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and Education from the University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. She has also completed post-graduate training in behaviour analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology, a globally recognized leader in the development of practicing Behaviour Analysts. Her expertise spans a wide spans a wide range of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) applications, including early intensive intervention, consultative and focused ABA therapy, residential treatment services for youth and adults, school-based ABA support, and mediator model interventions. Hanan is also skilled in conducting function-based and skill-based behavioural assessments, including Functional Analysis and Practical Functional Assessment.
A passionate advocate for the power of behaviour analytic interventions, Hanan is deeply committed to using her expertise to make a meaningful, long-term impact on the lives of individuals and families. She upholds a strong commitment to professional growth, evidence-based practices, and ethical, family-centred approaches that prioritize the dignity and needs of the people she serves.
Renica Mannan is a Registered and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a Master of Professional Education from the University of Western Ontario and is deeply committed to helping children reach their full potential through personalized, evidence-based interventions that promote growth, independence, and self-confidence.
Renica possesses specialized training and expertise in caregiver and parent coaching. She is passionate about empowering families with the tools and strategies needed to support their child's development. Renica has extensive experience supporting individuals with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems and is skilled in supporting language acquisition as an area of strong clinical focus. Renica is dedicated to addressing challenging behavior, enhancing communication skills, and creating customized interventions to foster meaningful, positive outcomes for children and their families.
Committed to a collaborative, client-centred approach, Renica works to create a nurturing environment where both children and families feel supported throughout the therapeutic process. Her dedication to helping families navigate challenges and celebrate milestones is at the heart of her work, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
